Customer Review: Total agreement with all the five star reviews. Meacham presents history and biography on a grand scale, but creates a personal memoir of this historic friendship. One of those books the reader is anxious to get back to. I strongly recommend it.
Customer Review: This book was supposed to be new. It was a gift and the cover sleeve was wrinkled and I was embarassed to give it as a gift. "Strand Books" should realize that if I had seen this book prior to purchasing, I would have chosen another book.
