Customer Review: Ever wonder why the resturant food tasted better than home cooked? This burner solved that mystery. Most home stoves are boiling the food, not really fry them. This burner put out so much heat, it evaporates the water in the juice, so the juice from food can stay with the food. Flavor is much better... more info
