Customer Review: This is the best non stick Wok under $150 available on the market. The coating is really tough and it heats evenly. I have been using this item for at least 2 years and have yet to scratch it or damage the coating. I wish Joyce Chen made more pans in different shapes and sizes!

Customer Review: I love it! I'm old school and like the fact that you need to "season" the pan. I enjoy cooking on cast iron and this is very similar. No non-stick for me. If you prefer non-stick surfaces you might want to pass on this.
